I made a rag-blanket out of the left over strips of Fleece I had from our first 9 quilts. Then I went to http://www.anysoldier.com/, and picked the first Soldier I could find... (only because I had an Army Pillow from back-in-the-day).
So this blanket and pillow are being shipped to SPC Kevin K. Bilbrey next week. For no other reason than a Random Act of Kindness... from all my Bees.
To me a quilt is a Hug that's always there for you, when I can't be. I met a wonderful group of gals on www.AnySoldier.com back in 2007. And together, we will send out as many "hugs" as we can to our Troops overseas.
